Also, I’d like to mention the fact his “Service” collects skins, and saves them to a database, logging your XUID to it as well.
If he doesn’t stop, then he’ll get into a big can of worms.
He doesn’t publicly acknowledge that it is also against the Minecraft Microsoft EULA to do such a thing,
But it also brings the skin creators into the problem.
You see, if Illumination makes, say a “Child Gru” skin for you to use online,
and he steals said skin.
Who owns the skin still?
That’s RIGHT, ILLUMINATION!
So him stealing said skin would ALLOW FOR ILLUMINATION TO ACT ON HOW THEY WANT,
DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, SINCE THEY OWN THE SKIN.
Uh Oh.
So essentially, Brylan and Fairplay Anticheat are breaking the EULA, MCBE TOS, AND ALSO STEALING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, IN THIS EXAMPLES CASE, ILLUMINATIONS PROPERTY!
This is an offence and goes against some copyright/ownership rules.
Also logging the skins to a XUID is profiling, and you have to have permission to do that. Fortunately, it’s only in his privacy policy, so it’s okay then! 🙂
Along with the fact that logging them to a XUID is a neat way to show who owns what marketplace skin, the data should not be recorded to XUIDS as such because, in general, people don’t like sharing what they do with their money.
Therefore, in a nutshell

We began piecing our info together, SUDDENLY when BIG BAD BRYLAN HIMSELF JOINS THE CONVO BY GENNING ANOTHER INVITE!

He then began to harass and attack me directly due to the findings.
